The X-ray non-destructive testing system consists of an X-ray machine system, an industrial video system, an image signal acquisition and processing system, an electrical control system, a mechanical transmission system, a radiation protection system, etc.
Basic principle:
When a uniformly intense beam of radiation passes through an object, if there are defects or structural differences in local areas of the object, it will change the attenuation of the radiation by the object, resulting in different transmitted radiation intensities in different parts. In this way, using a certain detector to detect the transmitted radiation intensity can determine the internal defects and material distribution of the object.
Application areas:
X-ray inspection has a wide range of applications in industry, both for metal inspection and non-metallic inspection. Defects that may occur inside the metal, such as pores, pinholes, inclusions, porosity, cracks, segregation, lack of penetration, and insufficient fusion, can all be inspected by radiation. The application industries include various cast steel valves, pump bodies, pressure castings in petroleum drilling and chemical, refining equipment, precision cast turbine blades, and various aluminum magnesium alloy castings used in aviation and automotive industries.
